Applications are invited on plain paper for engagement as Project Assistant (Level II) on behalf of the sponsor as per following details:
1. Project title Development of novel immobilised bioreactor system for the treatment of mixture of VOCs at higher concentration with reference to volatility and water solubility
2. Prescribed educational qualification
Essential: MSc or BE/BTech in Biotechnology
Desirable: Exposure to bioreactor operation, modeling and simulation
3. Job requirement Bioreactor operation and analysis
4. Fixed remuneration (p.m.) Rs.12000/- p.m. fixed
5. No of positions One
The engagement is purely on a temporary basis which may be extended or curtailed depending on the duration of the sponsored project, satisfactory performance / conduct of the appointee. The engagement will be co-terminous with the project duration.
The engagement shall not be an appointment in CSIR/NEERI, temporary or otherwise. It would, therefore, not confer any right / claim, implicit or explicit for consideration for regularization/absorption.

Applicants are to appear for a personal interview before the selection committee on 02/08/2010 at 11:30 am in Room No. 108 at Environmental Biotechnology Division.
No TA will be admissible for appearing for the interview.
No separate interview call letter will be issued. Candidates who do not fulfill the prescribed educational qualification will not be interviewed.
No interim inquires will be entertained in this regard.
